Fill-Air® RF Bags (Bag No. RF-5) are an on-demand inflatable void-fill solution that replaces traditional loose fill, paper, and foam in outbound shipping operations. Each 18 x 23" bag inflates to approximately 1.5 cubic feet of air cushioning, delivering consistent, repeatable protection sized to a broad spectrum of product types and box configurations.
Storing flat until the moment of use, these bags eliminate the floor space and handling overhead associated with pre-inflated or bulk void-fill materials — a direct advantage for e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturers, medical device shippers, and distribution operations where packing station efficiency and storage density are operational priorities.
Each bag is designed for use with the Rapid Fill Portable Inflator (model INF108), which inflates and heat-seals each bag in seconds. Cases contain 250 bags and ship via parcel carrier, supporting flexible replenishment for facilities of any size.
