8 x 8 x 72" Telescoping Inner Boxes

This 8 x 8 x 72 inch telescoping inner box is the inner component of a two-piece corrugated shipping set, built from ECT-32 kraft corrugated with a full overlap (FOL) bottom that reinforces the base under the load of tall, heavy items. The telescoping format allows the inner and outer cartons to slide together, creating a secure enclosure that can be adjusted to product height without excess void space.

The tall, narrow profile makes this format a practical choice for manufacturers, distributors, and e-commerce operations shipping long or irregularly shaped goods — fluorescent tubes, curtain rods, fishing rods, architectural molding, and similar products that exceed the length limits of standard RSC boxes. The FOL base construction is especially useful where bottom-heavy or dense items place concentrated stress on the floor of the carton.

Constructed from single wall ECT-32 corrugated board in natural kraft. One inner and one outer box is required to complete a functional shipping unit; the matching outer box (T8872OUTER) is sold separately. Each bundle contains 15 inner boxes, and weigh approximately 1.81 lbs.
