These 4 x 6 inch reclosable poly bags are constructed from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with a vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI). The VCI chemistry releases molecules that form a protective molecular layer on enclosed metal surfaces, preventing oxidation without rust-preventative oils, coatings, or additional wrapping steps.
The reclosable zipper closure supports repeated access while preserving the corrosion-inhibiting environment when resealed — a practical advantage in kitting, assembly staging, and parts distribution workflows. Transparent film enables visual identification and inventory picks without opening each bag, reducing handling time in warehouse, manufacturing, and MRO environments. Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, machined components, hardware, and corrosion-sensitive electronic assemblies.
Bags measure 4 x 6 inches and are made from 4 mil LDPE film with embedded VCI chemistry. Each case contains 1,000 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
